My florida bulk bed has covered with yellow patches, is that the mycelium are dead ?

You haven't even told us what kinda mushrooms! But yellow... metabolites probably. Any pictures?

Whoa, you said bulk bed but you got bags, but holy crap those are yellow! Metabolites I'd still say, have you got x's cut in those?

No kidding, that thing needs to bleed! That is hella yella and if i only seen the one on the left in the first pic I would totally think it was contamed. How long have they been colonizing? A few holes and they may have been fruiting by now by the looks of it.

Can you give a little more info like what all you put in the bags and how you pasteurized?
I don't think over-colonization is a worry, maybe they just need more time to digest the substrate and fight off whatever it is they're battling.
