to clean or not to clean? contaminated lc jars
    #18996337 - 10/18/13 04:20 PM (10 years, 3 months ago)

So I have some lc jars that didnt go my way and wound up contaminated,  show I attempt to clean and reuse these jars, or toss them out? And if you can clean them out how do I go about it? Empty the water outside and then wash and pc jars and lids, do I use bleach?  Any help would b much appreciated
Thanks in advance

Empty the jars and wash them in warm water and soap.

You should be sterilizing everything eventually.

So in other words a contaminated lc is by no means as big a deal as a contaminated substrate jar?

Right. Just turn on the hot tap and pour it in the drain or go outside and dump it.
