Empty the water outside and then wash and pc jars and lids, do I use bleach? Any help would b much appreciated Thanks in advance

Empty the jars and wash them in warm water and soap.

So in other words a contaminated lc is by no means as big a deal as a contaminated substrate jar?

Right. Just turn on the hot tap and pour it in the drain or go outside and dump it.
