4 strains, but only 1 producing!

Long time lurker, 1st time posting. And off topic, I love this site!
So here is my issue... I have 4 strains of Psilocybe cubensis. Penis Envy, Treasure Coast, Puerto Rican, & Creeper.
I started with 2 jars each, BRF&Verm, and let them all sit for about 5 weeks until all the jars were 100% colonized. I lost 1 jar of PE to some sort of bacterial contamination, and none of my creeper jars took at all. I even tried 2 new sterile jars, still nothing from the creeper, so I think that syringe was bad somehow.
Moving forward, I have 5 viable cakes currently in the fruiting stage, but only the Puerto Rican will fruit. I got 20g from one cake and a single 15g shroom from the other cake. I needed to flush them, but all cakes have been fruiting together for 3 weeks and not a movement from the other 3 cakes at all. I went ahead and pulled all the cakes this morning and am dunking them all just in case the cakes aren't moist enough to grow.
Here are my questions, 1. Am I being impatient with the other 3 cakes? 2. How long does it take for TC & PE to fruit, and do they have a more optimum temp or humidity I need to be aware of? 2. Will dunking them hurt them if they haven't fruited yet? 3. Is it better to leave the cakes on a foil square, or is it better to set them directly on the perlite?
To give you an idea, I am using a 10 gallon fish tank, soaked perlite to maintain the moisture, I have the lid sealed, and they get plenty of daylight. I fan the tank out every 4 hours or so, and the humidity in the tank reads a steady 99%, with temps staying between 74 to 77 degrees.
Any advice is appreciated.

That fishtank ain't doing shit for your FAE. FAE is a primary pinning trigger. Build a SGFC

I don't believe PE is a good fruiter on PF cakes. Oh, and when you say "flushing", you mean dunking. A flush is what happens when the mushrooms are growing. Dunking is submerging the cakes in water.

Well, the current set up produced beautifully on the PR. Why would 1 strain thrive, when all 3 have the same requirements?

Ok... should I break up the PE cakes and put them on some Verm/Coco Mix? I'm not sure what to do with it, but it is such a pretty cake, I don't want to waste it.

A cube is a cube except for PE. They just don't work on cakes.
I don't know what you should do with the cake, sorry.

Build a proper SGFC, put the cakes in there. I'm not sure if you can spawn cakes that are that old, so you will probably just have to hope for the best with the PE cakes.
