Firstly, those look nothing at all like Psilocybe semilanceata. Secondly, P. semilanceata does not grow from wood.
C. micaceus looks right.

damn...it was too good to be true so do you know if any magic mushroom grows here? im desperate on getting some magic shrooms and im sure nobody sells them here because it doesnt seem like anyone knows about psychedelics here exept for weed

Kosova is in the vicinity of Albania, yes?
You would probably have Psilocybe serbica in your area, as well as likely some active species of Gymnopilus, Panaeolus cinctulus and possibly Psilocybe semilanceata and
