Same here. And IMO if you have a shred of empathy for humanity you'll pray for extinction. Otherwise it will just be more of the pain train and more and more and more humans to get on it.

I agree with Ice on many things, but here, you and I are singing off the same sheet music!
I love life, I enjoy living immensely; but I've no attachment to it.

So? Some get lucky due to circumstance. I'm talking about the whole human race overall.
I have higher standards for existence myself.

Whenever I think of humanity I think of the band Tool. "Learn to swim" is my philosophy, which is why I have both utter disregard and extreme respect for those survivalist nuts. On one hand I believe they are prepared for a more-than-likely event but by the same token I think "Do you really believe you are a great enough man to harold in the newest version of humanity? Are you that selfish or that egotistical?"
Ice, you are a motherfucking monster but I totally know that feel bro

Spoken like a New Orleanian. Some of my best friends (and favorite places) are down there; it's not too often I hear (or read) people "slinging the lingo" anywhere else.

yeah, we do dat

New Orleans is a good place with good people. We get's a bad rap from peoples who pass through and can't remember what they did here, but it usually includes getting tattoos, losing all their money, spending some time in deep retreat (in a jail cell) and often losing their virginity (whatever type they have left). So they go home and write shows like American Horror Coven, The Originals, True Blood, to remind themselves not to come down here again. Though it doesn't work. They can't keep away.
