I was always fascinated with the translation of human thoughts and emotions into artistic rhythmic movement. I find that for me, dancing while I'm tripping just increases my euphoria and lifts my mood even more!

I'm the guy who NEVER dances - even when the Cha Cha Slide comes on. However, a couple of weeks ago I had a ~3.5g lib trip where during the peak I felt uncomfortable unless I was dancing. I had stereodose on and the dancing was just like you described; so fluid and natural - it felt amazing

I'm not the type of person that's really comfortable dancing around other people, but when no one is around and I'm on drugs, I dance like crazy! When I lived alone and smoked pot constantly, I'd just blast music and go crazy. It felt so amazing, and I definitely know that elastic/organic feeling you're talking about.
Good stuff.

Acid makes me a tribal dancing Demi god. For those who can't dance in front of people just go do it, it will come natural, I use to have weird situations like that... Quite honestly I think I might live for that exact moment when the music is moving You to beat like a slave to sound and you look across the floor and you catch the eye of a friend and both grow a chashire grin. Better than dmt at sunrise. Better that laughing so hard you might of just peed alittle.

"The menu is not the meal." Alan watts “Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. I definitely concur! Mushrooms make dancing amazing! I'm going to a Halloween rave next week and can't wait to dance all night with some mushrooms and possibly mdma in my system! WOOP It's been almost 2 years since I've done mushrooms!

Generally mushrooms are a really sleepy, chill, inward experience for me. But light doses are alright for groovin' around.
L tends to be much more uppity and stimulating, though it does kind of puddle me down for the first couple hours...and if I'm on any more than 100mcg/1 hit, at times I'll catch my self spacing out and pondering shit while posted on the dance floor. Or standing with my eyes closed soaking up all the feels.
A little pinch of mdma on top of some L, along with some tunes of my preference, and ooOOooo damn . I don't even have to think about moving, my body just naturally does it's own thing. And like a few of you mentioned, the body feels so very limber and fluid like when moving around while tripping....

I know that exact feeling & moments you're speaking of. When you're not even thinking about moving & dancing, your just still in the moment while the music takes control of the body. Immersed in a deluge of bass. Looking up and around for a moment, locking eyes with strangers, exchanging nothing more than a big ol' grin smeared across the face.
I concur with ya brotha, those are the sorts of things I live for...straight up.
...and DMT at sunrise, I think you and I would get along well .
Those are two things that make my world go 'round.
I used to be the most rigid, goofy, awkward dude while trying to move around & attempting to dance. I literally had no idea what to do. And I may very well still look goofy & somewhat awkward, but I've loosened up in all sorts of ways and stopped caring.
Psychedelics along with a bit of mdma, along with music that actually made me want to dance, in a setting with folks that know how to get down & be weird, that helped tremendously in that area.
I mean I was one that never got the idea of dancing, I was a square, never thought I'd get any sort of enjoyment out of moving around....and well, shit happens. Now I need to get my dancing fix every few weeks at least.
But for real folks, those of you that still are a bit up tight or apprehensive to dancing or dancing around people....unless you're in a setting with a bunch of bros & squares, no one is paying attention to your dancing so who cares how goofy you look. Just start moving with what ever feels right, bite off others moves & grooves if you don't know what to do, it may feel painfully awkward at first, but I promise it becomes the most awesome thing you can do with your body alone...besides masturbation. (and Let's me honest here, a little mdma helps )

Trip dancing is so hypnotic. My body feels all wiggly n loose like a goose

What he said
I don't give a fuck about what people think of me when I dance, even when I'm stoned or sober I still dance like I'm trippin balls haha! It just feels so beautiful and euphoric
