Old jars ready for enoculation
    #18991494 - 10/17/13 03:29 PM (10 years, 3 months ago)

I sterilized my jars about a month ago but apperently lost my syringe.  The new ones just came in the mail today.  Would it be a ok to use the old substrate (assuming it isnt moldy)?

Thanks

It's prolly dried out a lot from just sitting there. You may just

wanna start over again. If any bacteria got in there while sitting

uncolonized the pressure cooker wont even kill the endospores and it

could fail.

You should dump that and start fresh.
