Ball it back up put a moist towel over it put it in a warm spot let it raise like raptor Jesus .
If you just cook it it will rise in oven and pizza will go fucking everywhere.

The yeast will be OK, oil doesn't fuck up fungus. There are plenty of greasy Shroomerites.

Could have left it on the pan.
It doesnt need to be balled up to rise it would actually rise faster flat because the yeast has more access to oxygen.

When we make pizza at home my wife does the dough and makes me do the rest so I can't really help you there. Bottom line is that anyone who stumbles into this thread should know that homemade pizza is by far the best over any chain store. Stuffed crust is made with string cheese if any of you want to try that at home, just fold the dough over the cheese and press down well enough so it doesn't re-open in the oven.

Not only is it better you can usually get the ingredients for the price of one or two pizzas and make three.
I have gotten lazy though because a local bakery makes pizza dough every morning and for two dollars for fresh dough I've been slacking on making my own.

This!!!!
If you're actually worried about it getting all bubbly you punch holes in the dough with a fork or something to make holes for air to escape while in the oven.

A true pizza dough sits overnight and is kneaded until you get a window pane when stretching it out.
Tear a chunck ball it up and stretch it out. If it stretches and you can see through it before it tears, Youre good to go.

You can go longer then 4 hours set time for the dough. Ideal is 6-8 hours or so. I would make the dough before I left the house for work. Come home and make pizza for dinner at 4 am ish.
Pro-tip after the dough is done rising season that shit. At the very least a little salt and pepper.
Other good spice are basil oregon garlic powder ( I like fresh garlic on the pizza its self)
Rosemary is awesome on pizza but you got to do it right. (very little and right toppings.)
Also pre cooking the mushrooms or roasting a red pepper beforehand makes the pizza .

I know you've got your answer and the pizza is probably already gone but...
when I make pizza I like to add some garlic and spices to the bread dough let it rise flour the pan to prevent sticking flatten the dough into shape with a soup can or a rolling pin if you think you're better then me and let it rise again this creates a thicker crust that doesn't get as soggy from the sauce

certain spices (salt) will kill the yeast you can season it at anytime just be aware that it may affect the way the dough behaves

yeah i also learned that too much water makes it all goopy, and stick to everything
i had no idea salt killed yeast, good think i only used a pinch, and didn't mix it directly with the yeast.

425 till and let the oven heat up nice and warm
Depends on pizza thickness amount of toppings check it at 8 minutes more like 12-15 till its done.
The crust will be fucking golden and cheese will be a little brunt

A pizza should be cooked at the hottest temp your oven will do on like a pizza stone or some foil wrapped bricks that have preheated for like an hour. A good pizza is cooked around 700+ degrees F. Specialized pizza ovens (many people build their own) go over 1,000 degrees. Hence, the hottest temp your oven will do. There's a pizza forum out there that's to pizza what Shroomery is to shrooms.

It's not bullshit it's science. The faster it cooks, the better the crust. Unless you like dense bready crust.

So the first pizza didn't turn out as well as planned but I have enough dough for 4 more so it's all good
I put the cheese on too early. And the sauce was bland.
So I tweaked the sauce a bit, more garlic and herbs. And heated up the oven more.
Cooking the crust now, gonna add cheese later that before.

Weird, every pizza I ever made all the topping go on the dough and then it all goes in the oven.
I would suggest getting a pizza stone. There area also some kinds of bricks you can buy for cheap at a hardware store that do the same. Save a bunch of money.

Turned out well this time
400 degree oven, then put sauce/dough in the oven for 10 minutes.
Then added cheese and toppings until melted, and crust turns golden.
