This is actually a good thing, homeless people are everywhere, they also have more money then most of us here on this site that they from from bitch begging on the side of the road, and get pissed and sometimes fight you when you say no to giving em money. Fuck that most of em are worthless and that extraordinary extra money they have can be used to live in a motel or whatever. Its bad enough we are overpopulated.
We should create a sport with our guns, called homeless hunts. Pit em against hunters in the wild to reduce the population while having a bit of fun. Or like in apocalypto where you make em run through a field where you can shoot em down. Give them a fighting chance. If they don't want to play along then we put them in a vacated city and have a zombie simulator IRL so those zombie lovers get their wish.

It's obvious why they're homeless.
They don't deserve a confined space that they pay taxes on and don't own.

I wouldn't say it obvious why they are homeless because it happens for a lot of different reasons. I'm not even saying that I approve of people that want to live their life begging others for money. Still doesnt give anyone he right to lock them up in a camp and not let them leave. especially if they are committing no crimes.

What is so obvious about it? Having no money?

I used to live in Cola, and despite feeling this is the wrong way to handle things, there were problems developing. The issue wasn't with the type of homeless people you see in most areas.
They were having problems with people who were participating in dangerous and sometimes violent criminal behavior that they preferred over getting a job. I remember seeing interviews on the news with small business owners who were having break ins, and people who were being mugged by the homeless in question. Several of the business owners were trying to organize a program to provide jobs to these people, but then they interviewed some of the homeless who were saying they got what they needed via theft, so why should they have to work?
Because of the climate there being fairly warm even in winter, it was a haven for homeless people, and more and more were flocking to the areas where tourists were constantly getting mugged or robbed. Not really sure what a reasonable solution would have been, but they apparently decided to blanket law everyone and not bother figuring out details.

Round up the hobos. Put them in a "shelter". Pretty soon people will come to like the program and will want to include welfare mothers, the mentally deranged, and those who are not fit to breed along with those that present a potential national security threat.
Seig Heil!
We are all good socialists now. This is what socialism is all about. The nanny state that decides who is worthy and who is not.
The dictatorship of the proletariat can't be far away. Let's hope Obama doesn't see this or we will have FEMA camps.

And while we're at it let's put them to work on something simple, oh let's see what's something these people can do to help south carolina raise the local economy?
And how exactly is putting all these "dangerous" homeless people into one camp supposed to make it any safer for them? Oh that's right they meant the people living in their homes, with all the necessities of 21st century living need this to feel safe, because apparantley the cops aren't protecting them enough.
Forced sterilization was a step we took long ago. California was big on it until, Ironically, Hitler got on board...
