What's the word my fine ladies and gentlemen? I woke up an hour before the alarm and even went to bed kinda late, but it's all good. Got work today and Aikido tonight. Gonna do a half hour meditation in a bit and take a shower and shit and start getting ready for work. Probably should water the garden too.
What's on your itinerary on this fine Thursday?

I feel like crap. I have a sore throat, I was up every two hours.
I'm going to spend the majority of the day disinfecting my house.

Dang that sucks. You should have some REALLY spicy soup and make some hot honey lemon and ginger tea. Also I find using a neti pot will often flush stuff like that through before it has a chance to get a foot hold. Lots of vitamin C, zinc, water, and rest also are good. Hope you feel better soon

Well down under, our Thursday is almost over. Parents keep fighting, which makes home a shitty place to be. Other than that, i had to drive my mum to the doctors. Got fuck all done. Wasn't really a bad day, just unproductive. Hope you guys beginning your Thursday have a good one
@VivaLaMushie; i also recommend the vitamin C addition. When i'm sick, i consume as much as it takes till i get the runs. That sounds grose but it seems affective against the virus. Vitamin C is like fuel for you immune system; and is my goto cure for everything. Get Sodium ascorbate, or a vitamin C that says 'buffered'. A virus is also like any other organism, and will thrive in certain environments, which your body was/is likely currently in. This is pure unprofessional and personal theory, but working on that fact, i also drink lots of water with a little bit of bicarb soda added. Drinking water like this will slowly alkalize your body over time, (a lot of time really). But the theory is it works on changing your body ph and making the conditions unfavorable to the virus. Get better soon.

Thanks for the advice. I don't get sick often, I went to my old gym for 6 months and didn't get sick. I went to my new gym for two days and now I feel like I'm coming down w something.
I picked up some zinc cough drops, orange juice, oranges and some EmergenC stuff.
I was up every two hours because of this sore throat. I did find some numbing drops tho so that's good.

Just woke up from a fucked up dream.
I was in bootcamp, getting yelled at, and doing a shitload of pushups and situps. It really sucked.
I have no idea where it came from.

Viva! Chrisman! Morning everyone.
I went to bed early now i'm up early, with my hair curly. Got some amazing Platinum Bubba Kush that makes me sleep great.
I might go vape some up and sleep a bit more, we'll see.
I get to go in to work an hour late today and still get paid a full shift. Got a big national company wide meeting today. Should be fun, last one was all fancy. Free fancy food? Gimme dat.

well I went through what some may call a spiritual transformation. For the first time in probably over a year, I was free of ALL anxiety and all my worries... There was a rush of warmth and strength throughout me body and soul and I felt alive again It was like I was living my life in a haze for the past year, like a form of psychosis or something. I felt dead inside. I lost track of who I truly was... And in one moment, ALL the pain went away. Its been 3 days and the anxiety and pain is still gone!!! It was one of the most amazing and well needed experiences of my life

That is SO awesome to hear Dan! I've been through a couple experiences that I would describe similarly. Can you put your finger on what brought it on?
Don't forget to meditate.

Hey guys haven't been around much trade school and looking for a part time job have been taking up most of my time.
I do enjoy it though . Wont be taking 15 credits next semester and not do the accelerated classes that only run half the semester.
I'm thinking of emailing my teacher this video . Metal fabrication is fun. I dont have to deal with the public and get to mess around with molten metal.

oh without a doubt! I was having a bad day with lots of deep introspection. The overwhelming fear and anxiety turned into a pretty bad psychological breakdown. I needed to calm down and I pushed myself to do a Yoga video. About half an hour in, I was at a spot in the tape where there was sitting meditation... And that was when I was shown the true potential of living! My nerves were no longer running on overdrive, like they have been for the last several months. Recently, Not even a strong dose of xanax or opiates were able to calm me completely... It was like there was always something irritating me which stopped me from being able to become calm. But that Yoga/meditation flipped some switch on in my mind which allowed me to be free of ALL pain. At one point in the meditation, I saw my body as a temple when my eyes were closed! At other times, all thoughts ceased to exist and my mind was floating freely in this warm sea of space. It was a deeply spiritual experience I wish I was able to describe it better! From what I experienced, it felt like what people describe when all their chakras are aligned, and the glow from the heart chakra fully engulfed my entire being.
I left one part out of this story, this happened on the come-down of a certain thought-provoking experience. Not a psychedelic, but a type of STRONG 'medicine' which is known to eliminate depression after one use in some(if you are wondering what I am talking about, PM me). The Yoga and meditation is what invoked this amazing, life changing experience I had. My mind is still free of irrational thoughts, fears, anxieties etc And like I mentioned, I truly do not remember the last time I felt this calm. So in turn, I am taking advantage of these lack of negative emotions and moving forward with my life. I made a promise to myself that I will continue to do yoga and exercise DAILY.
I am SOO exhausted today from all the physical activity, but I feel BETTER THAN EVER!

I got a mural commissioned for something totally un-prestigious, but still, yay! It's also due by 10am this coming Tuesday and is a totally boring landscape that has to be kid friendly for this companies trick or treat event, so I just got home and picked up some cheap whiskey and now it's gonna be irish coffee and cigarettes to get into work mode for the rest of the weekend.

The fact he tried to make it seem "mysterious" and mystical makes me think Why say it was induced from something, but not say what it is?
Great, amazing stuff if used responsibly.
I still say take all drug-induced thoughts/delusions with a big grain of salt.
