I was curious, after the first flush is harvested, what needs to be done to innitiate pinning again? Does the mycelium need to be covered back up, or can more substrate be simply put on and misted if necessary? Any information would be great as this is my first casing experiment.

Just pick off all aborts and shrooms, fill in any divots made from picking the shrooms, with sterilized casing mix and put back in the fruiter. Nothing additional needs to be done. Once the casing starts to fruit, it should keep flushing until exhausted as long as the fruiting conditions are maintained. Keep it nice and moist.
-------------------- How many times do I have to tell you, I was running through the woods and tripped on some mushrooms!!! Well, at least I'm not lying.

Many people have reported great success with dunking cases between flushes. This involves submerging the casing underwater for a period of around 24 hours, and then replacing casing material to an even layer.

Yes, your right, if you got some experience! I wouldn't suggest this to a casing newbie.
