im excited!!!! questions about PC'ing.
1. BRF jars for 45 minutes at 10psi.... correct?
2. Rye Grain, Soaked 24 hours then drained and put into jars with TL's Lid Tek, 90 minutes at 15psi.... correct?






3. i have yet to find an answer ot my question so i must ask, PTFE hydrophobic SFD's dont need foil over the lid when PC'ing.... correct?

i pc everything at 15psi because thats how much pressure my rocker is for. i do it for 90 minutes.

ive pc'd about 500 jars and never covered my SFD lids, but i do believe that i have seen a post floating around here (or maybe on his videos) where RR mentioned something about seeping through contaminates or excess moisture or something like that if you dont cover them.

The sfd's I got are hydrophobic, so water just forms droplets on it I believe.

The 45 min at 10 psi is so I don't cook the brf... I'll do both and post findings I guess
