Faint beige patches are nothing to worry about. If they become much darker or start growing, show us another pic!

Clear yellowish liquid is usually just colored by metabolic byproducts of the mycelium. In these forums they're referred to as "metabolites" or "myc piss".

Your jars look great, btw.

On the other hand, there's some humidity building up in there. You could try untaping a couple of holes. If you want to play it on the safe side, replace the tape with band aids.

Another tip would be to flip the jars after untaping the holes. You should only do this to the cakes with +80% colonization completed.
