i dont know i didnt actually watch the video 
but i do have 30 or so chickens, i dont really notice a big difference, other then if you dont let thenm sit in the fridge for a month, its harder to peel a hard boiled egg

Just more reasons I want to include boiler chickens along side my laying hens. That and start raising rabbits.
I do tend to buy higher quility chicken in the stores as you can see in the meat and texture the difference.
Oh, and raising some Dexter Cows would be awesome also, they are tiny.
We do have a lot of wild turkeys around... but sadly all the deer are does.
Some day, I don't want to have to buy my meat at the "super"market.

probably a good idea, i got two full size steers, i dont even like going into their pen any more , unless i have to
