I do apologize for the significant amount of post I am just trying to figure out a plan before I use my syringes so I do mess up.
I plan to use MS syringes from a vendor to knock up rye jars and do grain transfers and get alot of spawn.
I am super confused on a second flush for mono's do you dunk the whole thing? Just spray it? Ive looked just confused.
What will enhance my overall weight beside cloning large mushrooms and using those genetics? I am using coir/verm/gypsum should I or should i not use coffee grounds if so which kind?
It seems like franks simple coir mono tek is outlined perfect and I should be able to pull it off he said he even gets up to 6 OZ dry first flush with MS.
I would like to try somewhere in the range of five.
Or would I be better off doing shoe box cakes and sgfc's doing huge cakes?
I just need to get a supply list.
Do I absolutely need a fan hood for g2g or will still air box suffice?
Do I need a PC to pasteurize franks simple coir mix or will a pot and lid do as long as pasteurization temp is maintained?
Sorry about all the questions, Ive done all the other research just want some last advice

Do what you want, nobody is going to tell you what is better for you. Monotubs are easy, so are shoeboxes. Never use the word "case" for bulk substrate ever again or I will give you 0/5 shrooms. A still air box works fine. If you know what the definition of "pasteurize" then the answer is obvious.
Do more research, these are all such basic questions that can be answered with simple searches.

Well if a shoebox is 1/4th or so the size of a monotub you can probably expect 1/4th or so the yield.

I like monos, set and forget.
Rehydrating or dunking is rarely needed in a big sub before the 3rd flush in my experience. Just lift the sub and judge by how heavy it feels. Dunking a mono is easy. Fill mono with water until it starts to come out the holes, put some weight on the sub to submerge it. Leave for a couple hours.
Skip the coffee for now, until you get your pasteurization down
6 OZ from a first flush is easy enough for Frank, but I know that he usually does a few transfers before inoculation limiting the genetics quite a bit. Your results will vary.
Agar, isolation and cloning are the keys to getting consistent results
You can pasteurize in a big pot, most peoples biggest pot is their pc
SAB is fine for G2G and agar and easy to construct
Good luck and have fun
