Help Identifying

Hi guys, this is my first time here. I work alone in cow fields all day and there's mushrooms everywhere. I have posted pictures of the most common ones. I don't know if this is one species or two. Thanks for any help. I have pictures in my folder, if there is a way to post them in this thread can someone help me out please?
Habitat: Northern Louisana, grows in cow crap, recent rains
Stem: They can get big, 6 inches tall, stems can get almost 1/2 inch in diameter
Cap: Caps can get over 2 inches, usually a goldenish color when very young but doesn't last long ends up turning to a grayish color. Today in the fields I saw a lot that were actually turning black but they weren't dying and age didn't seem to matter.
Spore print color: I have yet to take a good spore sample, I started to take one but at to throw it away. It looked to be either dark purple or black.
Bruising: I have never seen any bruising on any of these.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Well hell, that sucks. I go to multiple cow fields every day for work, there are mushrooms everywhere. These are the most common mushrooms out there. I occasionally come across ones that look different but I've never come across any that bruise. Thanks for the quick reply.
