Meh I don't care if I get shot.. I'll shoot back.
I just wanna be able to smoke a joint on my porch, at any time of day, without getting the cops called.

Washington or Colorado.
I live and love washington so that would be my choice.
hows the weather?
cold
Haha, Washington seems pretty warm to me. It's right by the ocean so no crazy extreme temperatures.
I've always thought of moving to southern Washington, like maybe to Vancouver, since I'd technically live in a state where weed is legal, but still be a very short distance away from the attractions of Oregon as well.

You could do this in any state as long as you get to know your neighbors and they're cool with it.

Hell I did bong rips of my porch in a very dense heavily trafficked neighborhood in a large city - we were on an ambulance/emergency route too because we were on the same street as a hospital a mile away and cops drove by all the time, no issues.
No one walking around in a big hectic place is gonna give a fuck if they smell some random mj wafting through the air, and the cops usually have more important things to attend to than some harmless stoner eating doritos on their porch .

I'll vouch for Oregon since nobody else has it.
But uhh yeah it's pretty cool here I guess.

I live in Southern California though and the herb scene is insane. Moved back here after living in Georgia for 20yrs. Cali's pretty cool. Washington/Oregon has some really nice people from my experiences.

I live in Washington, although I live in Vancouver, near Portland, Seattle's ganja scene is awesome. When I was up there, everyone was walking around with a doob, or a blunt. Smoking bowls in front of police and they don't give two shits. It's quite awesome.

Washington is awesome right now at least Seattle. The police have been very laid back about public smoking. My friend saw a guy smoking a j at a seahawks game.

It's estimated that The state consumes more herb than the rest of the country combined. Not to mention we consistently produce arguably the best quality.
Sorry, you are number 10
Guess I'm going off of old info.
Thanks for the link.
Now overall, I think I'd go to Oregon or Colorado.
Cali is great but I'm over the synthetic city life. Well, NorCal is pretty rad too. Those are th 3 places I would Choose from.
