Agreed. Im a talker have never not walked out of an interview without a job. I still dress nice though just the fact you took the time to look your best has a big impact on there first impression of you. Then the talking begins and thats my specialty.

Ahh, it's Packaging Labor.

Just go in with nice pants and a button up shirt and some clean shoes.
