Edible mushrooms & too much spores inside question

Hello all, I've been reading this board a lot lately and I would like to ask a question about a recurring issue I've heard a couple times. Mushrooms that produce a lot of spores inside. Someone even said it was hard to breathe in their own home fruiting Lions Mane mushrooms. I'm curious if there is a solution to excess spores in the air.

we run air filters in our store 24/7 to deal with the spore load of the fresh mush we grow and sell... Picking mush early, before it peaks its spore production. NEVER FRUIT OYSTERS IN YOUR HOUSE ON A LARGE SCALE. the spores can cause serious illness to you and your family and it is common to develop allergies upon hyper exposure, even if you are currently not allergic. ONE gill of an oyster mushroom produces many 1000's of spores. I have observed this under the microscope and it is startling.

What kind of air filter? Is it one you can open and clean? What kind of mushrooms do u grow that you are filtering spores out of the air? I don't know if I need a very big one since I won't be doing LARGE SCALE. I would like to grow a lot eventually, but just as a hobby for now. I only have a small green house with 3 shelves for fruiting inside. I could maybe fit 2-3 trays on each of the 3 shelves within the greenhouse.
Thanks for the warning of oysters... will be sure to fruit them outside when I can. Do you grow Lions Mane? I heard something similar of them.
I'm going to try Lions Mane, oyster, and shiitake for now... but I doubt I will jump to large scale since I'm still a newb.

We run hepa filters. Small flow hoods basically with a nice prefilter. You could just use a hepa air filter. Box stores sell them
