Spore print? All Amanita have a white spore print. Don't mess with this one. Small yellowish Amanita are too often bad news.

By stay away from, I think the good folks mean don't ingest. You can handle mushrooms without fear of poisoning. Just for the record.
-------------------- "Shrub, 30-90 cm. Leaves 2.5-) 4-9 cm, sessile or amplexicaul, broadly ovate to ovate-oblong, obtuse or rounded to subapiculate or subacute, when crushed not smelling of goats." "The initial quake was a 6.6 but fairly shallow. I felt it as a prolonged up and down vibration followed by a jolt forward and then to the left, like square dancing."

trust me if someone experienced tells me it could be poisonous I'm not gonna ingest it. although I wish I could find some actives cuz I have never tried them and I'm far from wealthy so I can't buy any and only have a phone for research when I have wifi.

It looks like a washed out version of the Amanita flavoconia I find around here. How yellow is it in real life?

Russula emetica is that quite distinctive blood red, but it could be another Russula.

Looks like it might be in the Amanita Panathera group. Which is posionous. Those are not Russula the bases are swollen and the on has an annulus which Russula do not have.

He made a mistake and was referring to earlier posts. The annulus is the ring around the stem, but Russula do not have one.
Animals do love Russula, well spotted. Pine supports my tentative ID R. emetica. Generally a good rule is not to eat a red Russula growing with pine.
