I sent this thread to Jan Borovicka and he said the first one resembles Psilocybe serbica var. bohemia. The second one is more interesting and may be Psilocybe medullosa. If you have dried collections we would like to study them, might be the first collection of P. medullosa from Slovenia.

Wow, awesome job! I am stoked for you that all the patience and perseverance has paid off! Make lots of spore prints, and look into woodlover propagation techniques, you could make your own patches just starting from the stem butts!

I would get those shrooms in question to Alan A.S.A.P. We would luv to see if this is true P.medullosa.

Update.
Some bad news and some good news, then some more bad news and some more good news.
I have low expectations with the suspected p. medullosa. It showed no signs of bruising and didn't dry as a psilocybe should. The good news is, I searched A LOT more and found a new species in a completely different region. There is no doubt here, but species will have to be determined.
problably a variety of p. caerulipes
Further bad news is, I didn't send the spores to all who requested yet, but now you will get this one too Nice day to all!

Seems like standard P. serbica to me, but what do I know? P. caerulipes would have an annulus, less "knobbed" caps than shown in the first pic, and flecks of veil tissue on the cap margins. Sick finds nonetheless. I am super jealous of all you guys who find wood-loving psilocybes. Here in GA there is so much decaying woody debris along footpaths, riverbanks, etc... yet we have ZERO woodloving native species. I guess ovoids have made their breach on our parameters, but it may be awhile before they indoctrinate themselves as a "local" species.

They are so far determined by spores and blueing. Standard serbica stains blue on the entire fruit body and is actually just a variety of cyanescens. I know it looks entirely different, but the general and microscopic feats show remarkable similarity. The new species found stains blue only on the stems and the spores are way more oval. Of course the variety here is much different than the one in North America, as is the case with most other mushrooms. I don't think any caerulipes has an annulus though You could still be right, it may be an entirely different species.

Oh no, Psilocybe serbica is not a variety of P. cyanescens, both of those species belong in Section Cyanescens but they are distinct species, the former is in Sect. Cyanescens Stirps Serbica, the latter is in Sect Cyanescens Stirps Cyanescens.

well put!

Hmmm, the first (left) Pictures looks like P. bohemica for me (after refreshing my knowledge reading J. Borovica´s "identification guide") BUT the stems look a little bit too colored (for my eye). I think, P. serbica var. bohemica has more pale stems? They don´t look like P. serbica (the holotypus). Maybe it is a new variety (and the serbica complex IS very variable) ...also, I wish cbub much much luck and hopefully a new wood rotting species from europe. Nice man!
