jars arent fully colonized but there are already small pins :(

well i already found out that im using the wrong jars but what am i supposed to do now?








i know second one is blurry but i cant get it in focus...

Most would say early pinning is a result of a contamination problem.

woah :frown: but theres no black spots at all.

im totaly new to this but id say the problem is that they are in way to big 430ml jars for over 4 weeks now...


what should i do now?

I'll defer to the authority of master mycologists on that one. One option is to do your birthing, dunking and rolling, though.

Dump the cake out and let it fruit.  Those pins will probably abort.  Dunk and roll per the brf tek.
