Interesting find xfsketch, what about Stropharia luteonitens? It's a part of the Protostropharia semiglobata group, primarily a European species but there is an observation from west virginia on mushroomobserver.org, it seems to have a nipple like your mushrooms do. Is this possible Xfsketch or Alan?

Maybe my microscope isnt powerful enough to see the colors better but the spore color looks tan on the Stropharia luteonitens. Same shape though.

They have been reported from the East side, but don't think from Ohio, would be cool if you found some.
