accidental in-vitro fruiting

Hello guys, a few days ago one of my myco bags had some fruits coming out of it. The bag was shook twice, but the whole bag was not covered in white but I figured since I was letting it consolidate for almost a month I should just fruit it in horse shit. I thought that it was done because they were already fruiting but oh well, I guess I'll lose some of it to trichoderma.
Anyways my question is, what should I do if some of my mushroom spawn is already fruiting in the bag? Do I wait for it to grow and decompose and then wait for the whole bag to be fully white? Or is it a sign that my whole bag is already colonized and I should put it in a monotub right away?
Sorry guys, first grow. Hope to hear from you guys soon

If it's not at 100% colonization but is fruiting, you should throw it away. If it is at 100% and fruiting, depending on the size/number of pins, you could just let it go or try to spawn it.
Don't consolidate grain when spawning to bulk. Get them to 100% and use them immediately.

Fuck.
When I opened the bag to spawn to bulk I didn't smell anything other than mushroomy smells though. If it did contaminate, what are the steps I may take to disinfect my monotub? Bleach followed by 91% isopropanol sound good?

Just wash it with soap and water.

p.s. you should be using 70% iso instead of 91%.
the 91% evaporates quicker and is less effective.
