Im not entirely sure those are roots, they look too white, too fluffy, and just weird. But if they are roots they should be long enough,  i would probably cut off the bottom node if its not rooting so it doesnt rot.

Yeah, sorry I didn't mention it was rooted in perlite. I'm going to end up planting it today.
