The 3 largest are throwing me a little. This pic was taken while they were still wet, once they had dried all of them went that off yellow colour EXCEPT the large one off to the left of the first pic which didn't seem to do much so I threw it.
Any thoughts would be good, I'm 90% sure these are libs.

They all look like semilanceata to me, the big one probably would have lightened out when it dried more.

I used those mushrooms for spore prints and didnt take any pictures while drying.
Typically when they dry the gelatinous pellicle will no longer be visible because of the hygrophanous effect (the color change)
So they start like this

As they dry they look like this

Until the whole mushroom is the pale color. They then shrink down to a tiny size compared to there original size.

If dried and stored properly (which take some research into proper storage) they can last for a very long time. Usually if your stored mushrooms are 1 year old and you havnt used them its best to throw them out and pick new ones.

Or have a gathering with as many friends and family as you have doses for(maybe even friends of friends if you picked alot more than you shoulda!) where they all either eat them or if that's not convenient or comfortable for them on that day/time they take them "to go" for very soon enjoyment.
If any "dried" mushrooms are not sufficiently dried, or stored are not stored appropriately the remaining or accumulating moisture will fairly soon make them into homes for colonies of microorganisms that can make for an uncomfortable post-eating digestive experience. Also in the case of actives that moisture will aid in the degradation of the active chemicals.
