Very nice grow. I just spawned my brf cakes to coco coir and verm yesterday in 2 monotubs also. I'm suprised two days later, your cakes colonized that fast! Will be watching your grow from here on out to see how it comes out

i* suggest using a cheese grater when spawning to coir.. the smaller the bits are the better.

I didn't. I just pasteurized with boiling water. Once they were cool enough I just broke it all up by hand and didn't see any big pieces at all. Everything seemed small and fine.

Ahh! No I also did that by hand after letting soak for a couple hours. I was wondering too if using something like a cheese grater or blender to break them up since it would save a lot of time but didn't want to hurt the mycelium too much so I broke it up like I did with my first grow a couple months back.

yea this is my last pf tek grow.... if you decide to keep doing them think about wbs flour.. its cheaper then brf.. you just buy wild bird seed and put it into a blender and crush until its flour..

Hmm never tried that or herd of it to be honest. I'm hoping to eventually get a PC to start using WBS too just don't have the funds to do so right now. But shit I hope your grow goes great. It's already looking amazing! How many days did you let the coir colonize before setting up fruiting conditions?
