Looking for an ID

Found this when we were taking the dog for a walk. I dont plan on eating or picking it just wanted to know what it was and thats the reason for not giving more info. :sun:

Kinda looks like a Amanita muscaria but not red?

Not  an Amanita muscaria variety, at a glance it looks to fit into Amanita sect. Lepidella

Probably Amanita daucipes, or maybe A. cokeri. Where do you live?

Oh , probably not either of those then, because those are both species found in the eastern US, particularly Appalachia. If you can, carefully dig it up so we can get more details about the bulb. The spore print is going to be white so you don't have to bother. Lepidella subspecies for sure. More info about them here. Good luck. There are literally about 40 white lepidellas that all pretty much look the same. :shrug:

Easier to ID when the base is shown, in the pictures, but it's something like A. ravenelii, possibly A. strobiliformis
