I find this..... "In the thirty-five states where former felons can vote, roughly 90 percent vote Democratic" ... from your link to be interesting. I wonder if that's because of felons convicted for drug crimes or is it because dems are just more prone to criminal behavior?

It would seem that with an SAT of 1206, it wasn't just the name that got him there. No matter how much you may wish it to be so.

1206 is pretty shitty for Harvard.

Everyone here with a Harvard degree and a Yale degree please stand up. Great, everyone sitting down, shut the fuck up about how you think Bush is stupid. Thanks.

Last time I checked having a degree from Yale doesn't magically change your SAT score.

Lame, oh so lame. He scores 200 points higher than average.
Now I looked at the Harvard site to see if they have a minimum. They do not. After looking at several other sites the info indicates that 1350 is an average Harvard SAT.
1206 seems pretty respectable.

You said that his score was low for Harvard, and I responded that his Yale degree probably helped him get in.

I didn't say it wasn't a decent score, but it's still not par for Ivy League.
I got a better score than that, and I'm a know name high school dropout,he's the president. That should say something.

Weren't you the one arguing against standardized test recently anyway? BTW, I am not saying his connections did not help him get in, but he still had to pass the classes.

Yeah, that was me. I was talking specifically about how I thought funding for coming from public school tests was bullshit.
I thought we were talking about how he got special treatment?

That's still low for Yale, I imagine it's pretty close to Harvard.

Sure, what really says something is that you claim to be a "know" name drop out. Perhaps you meant to say "no" name drop out. Perhaps you should have stayed in.

I don't claim to be a Bush biographer (nor would I want to be),but didn't he get mediocre grades at Yale? Didn't he have a C average?
