I took a laxative a day ago and i still havent been able to pass anything.
I have lower back pain which im assuming is related.
If i can't pass anything by tomorrow i'm going to the doctor. I probably should have already went.
Any advice?

Fast food. Have you been taking Vicodin or the like for your back pain?

I haven't been taking anything for back pain, it only started two days ago and usually occurs when i walk a lot.
I have the feeling that something is stuck. Or its just to big too pass.

Is your back pain chronic, or something new? I had a horrible surfing accident 10 years ago and my lower back hurts everyday. Have you pooped yet?

The back pain is new. And I still haven't passed anything I would consider a successful movement.
The amount of food I've eaten the past 5 days and the amount I've passed just does not add up whatsoever.
I bought some magnesium citrate and was told if that doesn't work, then I need to see my doctor because something's definitely wrong.

I just took a shit for the first time in a week today (felt like Christmas) opiates clog the works, I wouldn't be going to the doctor for not popping in 3 days. Eat some fiber one cereal in the AM,drink some coffee, and take some stool softener, that will jump start the plumbing.

Magnesium citrate worked.
I drank half the bottle and I've went twice already, each time was a decent amount. But I still feel like I'm blocked up. I might drink the other half in the morning.

Totally agree with your post, also learn to love tomato soup, I sure have.
OP: I suggest taking a look at the food you consume and when you do eat be sure to chew it properly.

Have you tried fiber? Either eating fruits, or mixing some OTC fiber supplement powder in a drink (be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day or it can make your constipation worse). Buy some prune juice, I used to drink a few glasses a day whenever I was on opiates to help me shit regularly. Beware, if your constipation isn't all that bad, it WILL give you diarrhea.
Otherwise try vodka and cigarettes, that'll flush you right out.

lots of fluids. you might not be thirsty at all but still could be dehydrated! it's easier to hydrate with a mineralized water, so adding a little celtic or hymilayan sea salt to you water would be wise. celtic has more magnesium and is usually cheaper.
coconut oil is a very good mild laxative
cascara sagrada is a mild and safe laxative. any stronger laxatives (including senna) just causes dependency. they might help you go today, but they will only leave you worse off down the road. the aloe vera gel recommended above is a good suggestion as well. get a fresh leaf and blend it with a little water rather than buying the bottled stuff is the way to go if you have a blender.

GREAT IDEA - use the coconut oil as anal lubrication in order to prevent ass bleeding...
Going to write that one down.

You can eat the jelly like substance inside of an aloe vera plant. That shit is wonderful for your intestines.

Funny Story about prune juice... I was severely constipated for about four days. Laxatives didn't help, fiber only made it worse. In desperation I bought prune juice and I was so frustrated that I drank half of the gallon in about a minute, which was way too much. There was never a moment where liquid shit didn't want to spew. That was actually a night that a girl I liked asked me to a movie. The whole night I was squeezing my cheeks together nearly shitting myself for a 5 hour stretch.

Cantaloupes, pineapples, and coffee*
Note that the non-organic cantaloupes and pineapples in my area usually have a very watery taste.

if you're still having problems try a home enema kit. they help to break down all the tough shit from the other end and can often help get things moving again
short of that, plenty of magnesium citrate and water should see you right
