These two grew under pine trees and were pretty big, when I touched the stem white sticky stuff would get on my fingers
1

This one grew in the same place by the first, kind of looks like a brown fly agaric 2)

This one grew in the woods on a log, no gills bright yellow bottom and bright orange top 3)

1. Is most likely Amanita muscaria var. guessowii, but your thumb is covering up an important identifying characteristic.
2. Maybe Amanita pantherina, maybe the same as 1. Either way, it's rotten.
3. Laetiporus sulphureus

That's what happens when someone touches my stem too.

It's definitely Chicken Of The Woods. What makes you think otherwise?

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

What do you think the 'sulphur' in sulphureus means?
They can be as bright as they like.

They were white once. Now they're dingy. There are also some which are still essentialy white.
Keep taking the spore print, to reinforce the habit, but in this case we already know what it is going to be.

You certainly could.
Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are not.
Google some ways to prepare them.
I would first saute a little piece so you know what they taste like and that will help you decide what you might like to cook with it. Spices, main course, soufle, that sort of thing.

Also, this is one of those mushrooms that has no deadly lookalikes. It itself can make some sick. And some say that the ones from Hemlock or other confiers can make you sick.
I have not been made sick by them.
Also, the shaggy mane Coprinus comatus is another one of those widely distributed and easily identified mushrooms with no lookalikes. They are out and about right now too.
