Rye Jar Contams?

Of a batch of about 18 jars, only 5 are still colonizing after almost a month. Out of those, three look like this, but the other two look fine and are almost done. The backsides of these 3 are fully colonized and bright, thick white.
Only the 5 seem to have colonized from one side of the jar two the other even though they were shaken after inoculation.

Are these actually contams?
Also, one of the tyvek filters is bulging quite a bit. Can the filters get clogged?

i used to have this happen to my jars. that is wet spot bacteria. how long do you pressure cook your jars for? how long do you soak your grains? do you simmer? do you use any additives? what kind of pc do you have?
this would happen to me because my pressure cooker was broken. it was leaking water and i am assuming was not able to reach 15psi. it was given to me by a friend, and i believe was not a good brand. after a while it stopped working properly, and all of my grain jars would end up looking the same way, pretty much 100% contamination rate.
hopefully you are just not pc-ing them long enough, but if there is no other explanation, you may have to buy a new pressure cooker.
(note: it is not the tyvek being clogged)

They were soaked for 12 hours, simmered for 45min, an pressure cooked for 1 hour. I believe the pressure cooker is functioning properly because it takes about 30min for it to depressurize and unlock itself. I didn't use any additives, and I'm using a Tyvek filter patch gorilla taped on the edges over a 1/4" hole.
I appreciate the help, I'll go ahead and throw these out. These are my first contams out of quite a few jars so I'm not too worried about it. However I'll update if the problem persists.
Thanks again!

kizzle is more observant than i; looks like your jars don't like proper filters, altho the wet spot bacteria tends to be from the bacteria not being killed during pressure cooking

Is there a different type of filter you'd recommend?
and do you know what would cause the filter to bulge? In my early testing i did some g2g transfers and got a very high contam rate, and quite a few of the filters were bulging. Haven't had this happen on clean jars.

Oh okay. How does your inoculation port work if there is a layer of Tyvek over it?

you pierce thru the tyvek layer, or you do g2g or agar and don't use the inoculation port
