Please define "peaky".
They look fine to me.

very pale/colourless, compared to the typical red brown/yellow brown lookalike of the psilocybe cubensis.

They look like typical MS cubes.
Remember, when dealing with spores, no matter the variety, there is always the multispore crapshoot genetic lottery factor.
You never know what you are going to get.
They look tasty...

alright thank you, so if i cultivate the spores in a petri dish with agar, and cut out a single genome type after the mycelium has spread i for sure have the same copies of cubensis with the exact same lookalike and size in my whole tray?

You would have to cut a piece and transfer it to a new dish several times in order to get an isolate.
Then when you have a bunch of them, grow them out and see which one performs the best.
Keep that one, toss the rest.
This process can take months...
Finding a good isolate may take even longer, but I guess this all depends on your definition of "good".

The problem is you are not going to find just one set of genetics, there will be hundreds.
You most likely won't even see any sectoring until after a few transfers, if starting from spores.
I mean a single transfer will cut down on the number of possible gentics, but no where even close to an isolate.
