Cultivation whilst away...

Heya.
Was looking for some advice on the inoculation time-frame and whether or not it's possible to do it in a 3 week time period without having to mess with the jars once they're stored.
With my current schedule I'm away from home for 3 weeks and back for 3 weeks. Would the inoculated jars be ok without any supervision for the 3 weeks I'm away? I've read up on many of the basic PF teks and understand incubation time is 2-4 weeks so I figured this would work out perfectly.
I plan on using the vermiculite/rice flour method, as this is my first attempt at growing. I have 2x 20cc syringes of cubensis Brazil. I also live in an area with 60-70% relative humidity and avg temps of 70-75 degrees. I understand an incubator may still be required though for 80deg temps and 97-100% humidity.
Any help/feedback is appreciated!

Sure, it is going to take that long for colonization anyways.

Incubators do not help with humidity, they actually do just the opposite.
Jars/bags/tubs/trays should colonize @ room temperature getting ambient/indirect light.
Main pinning triggers are full colonization, FAE and Evaporation off of the substrate.
Light is a secondary pinning trigger. For tropical species temperature is not a pinning factor.
P. Cubensis are a tropical species. You could colonize at 70F and fruit at 80F with great results.
Light has been proven beneficial during all stages of mycellium growth. Mushrooms like mammals have a circadian rhythm.
You want ambient/indirect light(on a 12/12 schedule preferably) for colonization and consolidation.
You want direct/intense 6500K light on a 12/12 schedule for fruiting.
Optimal temps are mid 70s throughout the whole grow, but anywhere from 65F-80F is acceptable.
Incubation is outdated/uneeded unless temps in the range stated above cannot be kept.
The inside of the jar is always a few degrees warmer than the outside because the mycellium produces heat..mycellium tends to stall at temps above 86F , and contams thrive.
Fruiting at cooler temps tends to produce denser, meatier fruits, while fruiting at higher temps will often produce hollow, less dense stems.

The pinning/fruting part I understand, which I was planning on overseeing personally the 3 weeks I was home...Was just curious as to whether or not the mycelium needed supervision during the colonization process.
Would make me happy to be able to leave and come back to fully/near fully colonized jars.
Was also unsure about whether they needed light during colonization as some teks say to put them in a black garbage bag and store them somewhere dark/warm during the colonization stage, while others say to allow for *some* ambient light.
Cheers and thanks for the advice.

No need to worry about maintaining high humidity during colonization and 70 to 75 degrees will work great

Light doesn't really matter either way during colonization. You should be able to leave them for 3 weeks with no problems. They don't require supervison during colonization. They are pretty well behaved at this stage of growth.

The less you mess with them the better.
