First grow, contamination?

So this is my first mushroom grow, and i'm curious of what these reddish-brown spots are. I know I was supposed to let the mycelium cover the top first before putting them into pinning conditions, but I wasn't very educated upon starting this and they started to pin before it finished. Given that, i'm at least trying to get a couple decent flushes out of the grow. The spots are only on some of them, in random places. They've also been growing slow, I have them in about 72 degree temperatures, misting and fanning as often as possible. Any help is appreciated, and I apologize for the poor quality pictures, all I have is my iPhone.
Also: The spots have been there since they were little, they've been growing for a little over a week. If this was a contaminant wouldn't it spread quickly, cause rotting, and or stunted growth?

Top left of the first picture looks like it could be bacteria? Not entirely sure. Wait for more people to respond before you take my word for it.

I'm not sure either, but I was under the impression that was mycelium. If it's not, that could be bad..

to be clear here, your talking about the brownish spots ON the stems right or the white fluff on the casing? the white looks like healthy myc but the brown spots im not sure, could be rot or a contam, id carefully pick the ones that have the spot just to be safe, jmo

I was talking about the spots on the stem, yes. I would pick them, I just don't want to lose weight for no reason, if it's still healthy. It isn't spreading, or getting noticeably worse, it just grows with the mushrooms as if it were a birth mark or something, it's weird. It also scrapes off, it's only on the surface of the mushroom, but i'd have to damage the mushroom to get it off. I only know this because I had 2 aborts that I was observing it on, which dried out looking okay to me.

Thanks! Yeah, i've been having to put them on a shelf in a closet because of constantly having company over. Although I put them in the light often, I will put them in the light a lot more. As far as C02 though, how do those levels get high, and how do I get them down? FAE?

Thank you, i'm definitely going to do a lot of things different on my next grow. I'm learning from my mistakes on this one.

The stems look fine the spots don't look like contams IMO. I have had stems with those sorts of coloration before. as long as it's not 3D to the stem and wet looking it should be good. If it looks more like it's part of the stem perhaps like a mushroom freckle then it should be good to go. Everything there looks pretty good to me man.
I'm pretty sure most contamination will not happen on the actual fruit bodies except bacterial blotch which is a concern I have seen almost no one have encountered. Correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Wonderful!I hope they're okay, i'm going to keep a close watch on them, and if it gets any worse i'm definitely going to pull them out.

That kinda looks like something I had on a couple of my grows and I looked at tymthel's contamination forum -"I probably misspelled the name" and I seen something like it and it said on the forum that when you pick it you can cut off the discolored spotted area and eat them with no ill effects so check that forum out.

Peel what off? The wet mycelium?
That is all that is if you ask me. Looks like you have fuzzy feet that got too wet and haven't had a chance to dry properly.
It's not a contam. It looks fine. Just let your cakes look dry on the surface before you mist them again.
Mist until they glisten.
Fan.
Wait until the cakes no longer glisten.
Repeat.

I was talking about the spots on the stem of the mushroom, it looks weird. But if it's healthy I won't peel it off.
