Possible Panaeolus Subbalteatus?

Habitat:
In wood chips beside the entrance to a short path with dense blackberry and other bushes on both sides. Residential neighborhood.

Gills:
Appear to be almost black.

Stem:
Range in color from light tan to medium brown.

Cap:
Conical. Some caps pointed at top.

Spore print color:
Purple-black to black

Bruising:
No bruising noted on caps or stems
