I think it's Grifola frondosa. Wow I would like to wake up and find that on my kitchen table!

Be carefull if you're known as the mushroom enthusiast among your family, friends and neighbors.
The thought has occurred to me before that if anybody ever wanted to bump me off, it would only taking poisoning some chanterelles or such and anonymously leaving them for me to take a look at.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

Well, they are edible and if you trust/like your neighbor then eat them.
I would ask the dood if he put them there. too.
Your avatar says you are hungry.
