Hi guys i found a bunch of mushrooms growing in my yard and garden so i picked them today. I also found some in my neighbors yard but I restrained myself from getting those but I did take a picture of them so I'll post that as well. I would really appreciate any aid in helping me identify these mushrooms.
Species 1:
Habitat: woodchips, garden. Spores: black Cap: Shiny, tan Stem: Hollow, shiny light yellow
Species 2: Habitat: Lawn Spores: white Stem: thick. tan at base getting lighter going up until white under cap. Cap: brown on outer edge, tan in center, yellow hairs.
  Neighbor's Species 1: Habitat: Lawn
 Neighbor's Species 2: Habitat: Woodchips

1. Looks kind of like Stropharia rugosoannulata, but the ring seems off so
2. An Armillaria species, AKA honey mushrooms.
Both of your neighbors mushrooms are boletes, but it's hard to say what they are without better pictures of the pore surface, the area where the stipe meets the pore surface, and ideally a spore print. Even with that info though, I think boletes are tough to pin down.

Cook them. Raw mushrooms are difficult to digest, and almost all taste better and have more readily available nutrients when the tough cell walls are broken down through cooking.

Boletes are mycorrhizal, so if they were found in the same vicinity, they're the same species, looks like you found it by a maple. If you can get one without pissing your neighbor off, I'll need a close up of the stem surface/shape, a closeup of the pores, color of bruising (if any) on both the mushroom itself and pore surface, as well as whether or not it discolors upon cutting. Also, color of the flesh, and a spore print, if you can.
