So i got a few grams of semi-fresh mushrooms.
It is now obvious that the person that picked/grew them did not dry them properly , when i opened the container i got them in they were a bit black, mushy and had a unpleasant smell.
I am quite sure that these are no good to eat at all
and it is absolutely silly to risk ones health for a trip.
However, since in my country mushrooms are very rare and exceptionally expensive...i just washed them many times and put them to dry.
Anyone have any information to give, or advice !
Thanks  !

I wouldn't eat them myself.

If you insist though, I recommend a tea. Let it boil for a bit for sure. But realize your risk, heat will kill the rot, but not necessarily any toxins created by that funkiness.

I don't recommend consumption. Take that shit back to your dealer and get your money back. Tell him to call you when he has some quality product.

Thanks for the advice!

If you can get a refund, do it. If not, make a tea. Basically, what wilderness said
