Looks like Amanita muscaria var. guessowii. But I'm only partially sure and that's not enough.

Looks to be.
Wild: you are posting an id request for an Amanita and neglecting the first most important feature in their identification.
Take a read through this as a quick starting place to learn about the genus: http://www.mushroomexpert.com/amanita.html

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

A. muscaria
Normally with an Amanita ID you want to include a picture of the base of the stem as it is normally a very telling part of the mushroom.

A little blurry, but you can see the concentric rings that A. muscaria has.

 How's this?
Always try to get better pictures than this. Many cameras (and phones) do not take close in macro images well. You will find with most such cameras that backing off until the image is in focus helps. Even if the subject is smaller in the image, you can generally still get better detail all the same.
As stated above, your image does show just enough detail in this case.
Stick with this, as you learn, it'll get easier.

Thanks for the help and advice guys! Really appreciate it.
Is this definitely the guessowii variant? Considering I live in London, if that makes a difference.

How would I distinguish the variant myself? Is there a key somebody could recommend? I understand it may be difficult using solely the pictures.
