So I have my cakes soaking overnight and I'm wondering If I should roll them due to my time restriction =/
I have already had a very small amount of pinning but they seem ready to go. I'm hoping to have my first flush harvested and dried in 13 days.
Could I roll them in dry verm and still keep my deadline? thus far they have been quick to colonize and I'm praying they don't decide to be sons a bitches and not pin. Only time will tell.
Thanks again for the advice

Don't skip any steps. Roll them.
You work on their time. The mushies are the boss of this operation, and you can't make them do anything they don't want to.

There are three 110 qt chambers for this one.
And I didn't skip the roll. I was in a bit of a misguided haze when i posted last night.
They are safely in their chambers though ready to go.
