Devoting 90% of Yourself to a Vocation
    #18956604 - 10/09/13 09:21 PM (10 years, 4 months ago)

Has anyone done it?

It sucks to give up some of the things you love, but sometimes concentrating all your energy on one thing seems appropriate.

Has anyone done that?

Shit sounds like work

No but really there is nothing in life that matters that much to me. Especially not money which is where 90% of those who are spending 90% on a vocation are dedicating them self to

That's a pretty decidedly statement considering the lack of evidence you have. Who knows what the percentages are? I have no references.

But I do know that you can find happiness in your work. I have done it twice before. But this time it is more than work; rather vocation.

Pft, you're the one throwing random 90% out there not me

No but really congrats on being dedicated to something. I'm too sarcastic, self-loathing, and apathetic to ever do anything like that

I know what you mean.

Yes, maybe it is for the better. Who knows?

But one day I want to be able to pick up some old hobbies. It's a must.
