Nothing will be wrong, it will just be less potent.
Nutritional value will decrease

They are fine to consume. After multivitamins expire, they just lose their potency, depending on how they were preserved.

You're gonna die if you take it. Theres an expiration date for a reason. After said date, all expired pills turn to cyanide through the process of fusion expiration

But I don't.
If I may make a recommendation, buy THESE somewhere as cheap as you can. (you can get it as low as $30) It says "2 a day" but don't. Take one after dinner or break it in half and take 1/2 after breakfast and 1/2 after dinner. Presto, for $5 a month you have a once/twice a day supervitamin, best spent $5 on nutrition in the entire month. Nothing you buy for $5/month will be as healthy for you as that.
If you want to go on the cheap, take 1/2 tab a day, costs you $2.50 a month then, a jar will last you a whole year and it still beats the liquid shit out of Centrum and similar high price "100%" brands.
Cez, your multivitamin can be safely taken as long as it doesnt contain fish oil, liquid vitamin E in softgel or similar liquid oils. As a rule of thumb most drugs and medications can be kept up to 3 years after expiration (and many in fact over 10 years) but NEVER oils. Oils go bad in a way that makes them toxic.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try and pick up some soon. Actually I think I'm going to order a bottle from Amazon when my paycheck comes in tonight.

That multi is just mental, the things it contains besides the regular multi ingredients.
Like Coenzyme Q10, essential for mitochondrial energy production. Or Resveratrol made more absorbable by Bioperidine, a substance that greatly increases the life span of many organisms. Or Ginkgo leaf extract, a nootropic herb, or astaxanthin from Krill, the 50mcg in one tablet is as antioxidant as 3gr vitamin C. A whole bunch of stupidly expensive additional stuff that you all get in one pill. Taking 1 of these pills is like being one of those heath nuts who takes a dozen supplements, only without all the hassle, cost and stigma

I'm just weary of these vitamins and supplements, because from what I understand there isn't nearly as much regulation compared to OTC medication.
I feel like some asshole company in another country could be poisoning me or some shit.
