First interesting looking shroom (to me) I've found ^^

Sorry for the awful quality.
(and believe me, I know there's much more interesting shrooms but I've just started)
Habitat: On the side of a tree
Gills: Cream colored but more orange near the stem. Bruises orange.
Stem: Cream colored near the cap to brownish near the base
Cap: Orange colored, bruises a darker orange.
Bruising: Orange.

Might be a Gymnopus or Rhodocollybia but I can't really see either.

They look beat up,but I think you found some Flammulina velutipes. Need better pics to be sure tho.

I will agree with armillaria. But what do I know..no veil..maybe tabescens..ringless honey mushrooms I have found usually have that clustered black point at the base usually from visible roots..

I think Flammulina is a better guess. But you need to get decent pics.
