Dunking Grains in recenty chlorinated tap water?

I recently got a letter from the local water company saying that some bacteria had been found in our water supply. No evidence of fecal bacteria or anything just an unusually high level of harmless bacteria.
The letter said they would be chlorinating the water supply and as of yesterday the tap water has the distinctive taste / odor of chlorine. It was like showering in a pool this morning, ugh.
Anyway, I've got sub pasteurizing and I'm gonna be dunking grains in a few hours. Should I run to the store and get bottled water? I already made the substrate with the tap water without thinking about it.
Or perhaps... the chlorine in the tap water will make the substrate / grains SUPER contam-resistant?
One can only hope.

Put the water in some containers and let it sit out without a lid. The chlorine will evaporate.
I forget how long it takes, but some buddies let jugs sit for 24 hours before they drink it.

So I should remake the whole substrate? Or just use clean water for the grains?

substrate will be fine I'm sure. The heating and sitting will evaporate the chlorine I'm sure.
Many will disagree, but if I could taste chlorine, I would just go by some water for this spawn run. Not distilled.
For the record, I don't know how much is too much chlorine.
