Is that WBS? Looks a lil burnt. That could be the cause. Just a guess though...
Wish I could offer more, but I don't have much experience with stalled jars. Only had it happen once and the bird seed eventually rotted away into black mold stuff.

That is a vast difference in growth. Some could be suffering to bacterial contamination. :/

Bacteria, yeah, that's a likely culprit. Especially considering you lost two jars to trich. Refine your sterile technique.
Can you get a whiff of one of the stalled jars through the filter? I'm not sure if all bacteria has a smell, but if it smells funky then you can be sure that's the problem. I smelled a jar with a rampant bacteria infection once and it was like rotten alcohol. You'll know for sure, trust me.

everyone of the jars are fruity I've never had that issue before. so I got bacteria:(
I'm wondering how I got it. I pressure cooked for 90 min @ 15 psi
the g2g jars smelled good threw polyfil filter. could it be waiting 2 days after cooking then doing g2g? cause I took a good whiff threw polyfil filter after i beat them against phone book

Could be a few things. Might be your inoculate (bad syringe), poor filter (how tight is that poly?) or maybe your at a really high elevation and 90 min at 15psi ain't cuttin the mustard There is really no way to know for sure at this point.
What you can do is start over and look to remove some of the variables. If your syringe is suspect, then start some agar. That'll tell you what's going on there. Up your PC time to 2 hours, it might make a difference. Try stuffing your poly tighter or switch to tyvek or better yet a SFD. Then see how ya do

It could also be your inoculation and/or G2G process.

I tried to reply to your PM, but you have that feature turned off or me blocked.
Your PM question is a valid question and many noobs would benefit from the answers. Post it in the forum and/or unblock me.
