Because you posted pics of them, lol! TI = Trusted Identifier (as far as this forum goes). Many people could have and would have told you what they were though.

They definitely don't look like a Panaeolus. I think they are probably a coprinellus species.

I don't know what they are but they sure don't look like the panaeolus antillirum that I find.. Them rusty colored gills and the overall look of them is does not look like the ants that I frequently encounter. In fact the only resemblance I see is the color white.

I'd consider something like Volvariella earlei, but I'm not sure about the habitat or if there are other species to consider.
Edit: Volvariella pusilla might be another idea, would be easier to know the general location (State/Country) that these were found.
