Check out the ethnobotanical garden forum if you haven't already, lots of cactus growers in there. What do you grow?

Thank you. I grow just about everything small enough to fit in my small and packed greenhouse, but I prefer small north-american desert cacti.

Hi. I'm fond of cacti too. Do you grow them? What kinds do you have?

Nice. I don't grow peyote because it's illegal here in the states and since I grow ganja (semi legally) I don't want to risk it if I were scrutinized by law enforcement. I've got a nice collection of trichocereus cacti though. They are nice because they grow so fast.

It's still kinda a legal grey area IMO. I mean yeah with the right lawyer and stuff you might get it to hold up on court, but I think you could still get charged.

I'm pretty happy with my trichos though.

Are any of them psychoactive? Got any pictures?

Yes, I do have all the usual suspects - Lophophora, Ariocarpus, Epithelantha, Pelecyphora, etc. However, I'm not interested in their chemical qualities, psychoactive or any other. I grow them for their beauty.

As for photos, you can check my blog. I'll just leave a small view of my collection from a couple of years ago - it has expanded since.

Cheers,

Cool man, nice plants and photography. Most growers of Lophophora here are not growing them for consumption either. Trichocereus is generally seen as a more practical mescaline source by those interested in consumption.

Glad to read that.

(I do have a number of T. pachanoi plants, but mostly for grafting purposes)
