Okay so this morning i noticed that blueish tint to the top of the cake, and it's possible i might have touched it twoish days ago when i even the cakes throughout the terrarium. But could it be something else? what do you all think i should do?

As far as I can tell that's bruising.

Colored molds (including the dreaded trich) are only that light in color for a very brief period. If it hasn't darkened to a solid color within a day or two, you are fine.

Good luck! Those are some happy looking pins you got there

mucho gracias, my first attempt at cultivating, can't tell you how many times ive gathered supplies. pro ass procrastinator. thanks for the input and easing my mind, i can vaguely remember touching one of the cakes briefly while i was spacing them out, so that's prolly it.

Psilocibe Ecuadorian btw ;-)

if the color does intensify, would it change into a specific color(s)? would i be able to save those fruits if it does go badly?

Lol, procrastination is your subconscious' way of getting other, more important stuff done.

Bruising is usually strong blue in color (varying from off-white to very dark blue). There are also blue molds, but the most common ones you're likely to experience are forest green, olive green, black, and pink. Mold shifts into sporulation at the point where they are oldest first - and will usually have the appearance of a fuzzy dark area (sporulating) ringed in white (immature mold mycelium). They also spread rapidly. Texture and growth patter are better than color for identifying anything blue or white. Take a look through Kizzle's pics of contams, here:
