Yea were sitting on our asses but it's not the same as mindlessly being fed t.v.
What logic is faulty? Did I ever say t.v. can't be useful? No, but it rarely is.
because he's taking care of his family, he might have to do something to bide time or take his mind off of a shitty or boring/redundant situation.
and no, it is the same, BTW, internet and TV, in terms of "what your programming in your mind" (after all we're aren't just talking about time, here, we're talking about just how "bad" one thing is to another, right?)
internet, TV... it's the same mindless tasks that people do all the time.
and your logic is faulty because it's just you berating things and taking the things and what people say out of context and putting words in their mouths.

it's all MADE FOR TV, but that'd never stop someone from saying it ain't TV if it's not along side commercials. i'd say that, even though your skipping the most obviously futile and stupid parts of watching TV, you're still watching productions that were started to aired on television.
but hey, i ain't judging, i'm just saying, at least you can admit that you watch TV, like any normal person in the city.
Well thats a whole other sitcom

no, it's a little bit berating, and not true, because the context isn't there. you are acting like he's just "an average moron" because he's doing something you wouldn't.
it's not true, it's asinine. THIS is a little harsh but true... your ideal "paradigm" doesn't fucking work and never will. best you know ahead of time before you turn into another TMJ or liberty hunter or something even worse...

well, like i said, it ain't a big deal. it's normal. we all like to be entertained and if it's there, us people are gonna do it in one way or another.

I'm sorry but 10-14 hours of t.v. a day, someone needs a little harsh criticizing.
We CHOOSE what we view/create on the internet, t.v. you don't really have a choice except which mindless channel you would like to watch.

people create what's on TV, dude. it's not just magically manifested into the world by Jewish magic practitioners, or whatever you might ascribe to.
internet is just a "new" thing that you find acceptable. in the future, people like yourself will eventually wake up to realize that it's all the same trap. you wanna enjoy yourself in a fruitful manner OTHER THAN making things for everyone else in the big bad world? gotta step away from the world, which is something i wholehearted doubt you are doing as of right now; because if you WERE you wouldn't be belligerent and confused about these things.
i somehow doubt that that dude needs harsher criticizing more then you do.

If you can't figure out how vastly different t.v. and the internet/computers are idk what to tell you.
I'm not confused about anything bud, it seems you are though.

no, you are a confused. you are judging people constantly. you shouldn't be. plus, to add to the fact of your confusion, you can't understand that what you are doing is no different from what anyone else is doing. this is why your logic is faulty to a T.
when you blame some sort of "new age pandemic" on the fact that people watch "too much TV", you are making basic and faulty assumptions about people's lives. i am merely returning you "the favor" Cochise.

I'm not confused thanks though. I stand behind my opinions sorry?
I know for a fact what I'm doing is MUCH different than what most people are doing. It involves search engine optimization using key words if youd like to know.
I never said anything about some new age pandemic? YOU are making basic and faulty assumptions.
Take care dude I'm done here

you search up stuff to read about on the internet? and you're special? ok, this is my point. YOU ARE DOING WHAT EVERYONE ELSE DOES. PERIOD. this is why you are confused as a fucking Dolphin on an airliner.
PS: new age pandemic = TV is bad it rots your brain.
that is just fucking faulty nonsense, that isn't true and is a stupid platitude that your parents ADN DUMB HIPPIES use to assert their confidence and their power onto the people around them. it's self-righteous crap. go now.

Besides it doesn't matter what were doing on the internet, IT IS NOT THE SAME THING AS T.V. unless all you do is watch videos/movies.

i didn't say they were the exact same thing, i've been saying to you, this whole time, that WHAT YOU DO, isn't different. that's the point. people watching TV for all day is the same thing as wasting your time reading articles on wikipedia, all day. it's the same thing that people do all the time,... sometimes at the same time. you think you're special because you cut one out? if you do, that's the hippie pandemic bullshit i'm talking about. you hipster.

Nothin' like a good tv show sometimes. I probably spend and hour a day or so on average. The old episodes of simpsons are on right now which is a delight .
Good ol' TV, they're really are some special things that can be taken from it.

What you don't understand akira is that you have no idea what I'm doing on the internet. Perhaps what you do online is as pointless as watching t.v., but not me.

LOL, you are acting like you know waht other people do, too, you don't see the hypocrisy and down right deludedness in your argument right now?
maybe what some people do is watch what things from which they can deduce things for themselves, and then learn how to question what they see in media for example? maybe some people like to question human morality or see insight into different walks of life? maybe some people just have an actually blast of a time watching certain shows.
dude, your self righteousness. fully exposed.
